Pedikidz of Florida is a licensed Prescribed Pediatric Extended Care (PPEC) center for special needs children with full time nursing. Our program brings your child into a safe, stimulating and healthy environment where they will grow and prosper. It is our privilege to care for and treat your children as they learn, reach milestones and enjoy life to their fullest potential alongside our Pedikidz family.

Since 2017, we have treated over a hundred children in our various centers and consider ourselves among the small group of PPEC pioneers in South Florida. This time and experience has allowed us the unique opportunity to progress and perfect our various services and bandwidth. This is where we truly made our niche and portray what we proudly call what we proudly call The Pedikidz Difference.

The Pedikidz Difference

Grouping kids by age and ability is not only a safe and healthy practice but also an extremely beneficial one for our kiddos and their families. Our petites space is completely separate and independent and caters to children from birth through under the age of four. Here they have a specialized nursery experience with newborn to toddler swings, highchairs, toys, therapy equipment and other tools. They also have their sensory play, nursery rhymes, cribs and nap time in addition to all their therapies, art and music.

We have an aesthetically warm and appeasing decor, which little ones immediately feel drawn to and comforted by. What makes us different from a traditional daycare center is the skilled nursing care and strict adherence to hospital grade infection control practices that are implemented daily, reducing your child’s exposure to illness and mitigating repeat hospital visits. Grouping our children also limits unnecessary interaction with larger groups of kids outside of their age range. This culture has proved to be a game changer for our families year after year.

Another one of our unique traits is our wide array of therapies and Academic Programs. Our private school affiliation allows several children who would not otherwise have access, an individualized private school curriculum and instruction on site at the PPEC. Life can be extra challenging when a child has needs outside the traditional arena, and more so when parents have multiple children and professions. Driving from therapy center to therapy center and to and from school, doctor appointments and work can be almost impossible. For this reason, we bring every service your child can receive outside of the home under one roof with roundtrip transportation included. This not only provides families with options but also with joy and peace of mind.

We firmly believe in the progress that lies in the consistency of our program, which entails making children stronger five days a week with the option of Saturday at your convenience.
